Anthony S. Gutierrez

Anthony was with Enterprise for 14 years as a Journeyman Electrician, Foreman, Project Manager, Field Operations Manager, and Vice-President, when he and Ruth purchased the company in 2007. He has a wide-ranging background supervising in all facets of the electrical industry including residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Anthony has extensive training and experience designing, installing and managing communication projects for government and commercial customers. His experience and training provide him with the tools to analyze the most efficient methods for installation of communications infrastructure. Anthony takes a hands on approach as Sr. Vice- President, and is involved in the day to day operations of Enterprise as well as managing and bidding projects.
Anthony is active in the local business community serving on the board of trustees at the Electrical Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC), and is the President of the National Electrical Contractors Association board in Albuquerque.
Anthony believes that Family is first in his own life as well as the lives of his employees. Anthony always finds the balance between his professional life and his family life.

Ruth Gutierrez

Ruth spent many years in the banking and commercial advertising industries. When given the opportunity to purchase EESI in 2007, Ruth accepted the challenge. Ruth is dedicated to creating a healthy and safe place of employment for all employees and superior services to our customers.

Roberto "Bobby" Baca

Roberto has worked in the electrical contracting and service industry for 20 years. He has experience in all aspects of the electrical field including; commercial and industrial applications, Power Supplies, as well as Tele/communications and fiber optics and PA system installations.
Roberto has been with Enterprise Electrical Services since October of 2000, and has acted as Foreman on many projects for Enterprise including Electrical and Communications installations at Sandia National Laboratories.

Rick Bagley

Rick Joined the Enterprise team in May of 2008. He is a project manager as well as a designer of telecommunication infrastructure. Rick has been responsible for building the technical capabilities and resources as well as managing all technical personnel. Rick’s expertise is in high-end networking with over 20 years of experience in the computer-networking field. Retired from the Air Force where he received most of my training on networking vendors such as Cisco, 3Com, Cabletron. Rick has gained expertise in LANs and WANs and designed solutions for Ethernet, FDDI, ATM, Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet. He has a complete understanding of routing and switching protocols and have trained individuals and groups on all facets of networking. He is certified in cable infrastructure, both copper and fiber optic cable, and networking hardware vendors such as Cisco and 3Com, and has gained expertise and achieved success with spread spectrum wireless connectivity and firewall/security implementations.

Toby Garcia

Toby has been with Enterprise for 22 years as a Journeyman Electrician, Foreman, and Project Manager. He has a wide-ranging background supervising in all facets of the electrical industry including commercial and industrial applications. Toby has extensive training and experience designing, installing and managing communication projects for government and commercial customers. His experience and training provide him with the tools to analyze the most efficient methods for installation of communications infrastructure. His current position as Project Manager makes him responsible for estimating, managing, scheduling, job cost management and customer relations for Enterprise projects.

Metin has over 25 years experience as a Journeyman Electrician, Foreman, Project Manager Superintendent. He has a wide-ranging background supervising in all facets of the electrical industry including residential, commercial, and industrial applications. His current position as Project Manger makes him responsible for bidding, managing, scheduling, job cost management and customer relations for Enterprise projects.
