OUR APPROACH

Our approach follows the traditional design build programs with an emphasis on "Turnkey solutions" this is a minor variation to the traditional programs with a major different in the benefits of the key deliverables, time and cost. By leveraging considerable in-house and partner resources for the design and construction elements we are able to offer considerable advantages to both cost and timelines. Much like our competition we need to engage service providers and system providers for the successful deliverable, it is how we engage them that show's much of our differences. During our years in the industry we have developed strong relationships at the highest level with key providers of the systems that Telecommunication infrastructure supports and is driven by. This enables us to engage world leaders in our industry early on in the process and leverage their resources as our own; the benefit to our customers has been considerable. Unlike much of our competition we self perform anywhere from 60%-100% of the work with our own personnel. There are very few companies in the country that self-perform as high a percentage of the design/build work, or at such high standards. We have seen time and time again that the more work we perform ourselves, the more we can control the quality of the work; the more we can exercise control over the project schedule; and the more cost we can drive out of the project. As always these cost savings are passed on to our clients.
